Hey peps
Big news!!
I’ve signed up to run the Brighton Marathon in April and compete in Hyrox in May.
I’m going to be challenging myself for two great causes - Winston’s Wish, a childhood bereavement charity, and Macmillan Cancer.
All my training and training plans will be posted on my blog and Youtube channel, and I’m starting to share daily updates on Instagram as well.
The Brighton Marathon is only 7 weeks away and I’d really appreciate you supporting my efforts to raise money for Winston’s Wish via my JustGiving page.
Here is your weekly dose of Monday Motivation - insights on high-performance entrepreneurship and lifestyle optimization.
